10/9 Friday – 8AM-12:30PM
10/9 Friday – 12PM-6PM
10/9 Friday – 5PM-9PM
10/10 Saturday – 9AM-1:30PM
10/10 Saturday – 1PM-7PM
10/10 Saturday– 5PM-9PM
10/10 Saturday Teardown – 8PM – ?
We will only assign one shift per day per volunteer unless requested otherwise in the comments.
Preferred Roles
Booth Setup/Teardown: For those who prefer heavy lifting over customer service.
Chili Servers: Prepping Frozen Chili & Ladling chili and handing it to customers.
Runners/Restockers: Keeping napkins, spoons, and drinks stocked.
Cashier/Order Taker: Taking cash and interacting with the crowd.
Prior Chili Cook-off or other relevant experience
No experience necessary. However, This information helps build shift teams with complementary skill sets.
